Production Technician/Shift Leader, aspiring Engineer

Leading a shift and facilitating optimal operation of machines to meet production targets.
Preparing and setting up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start production cycle in
accordance with defined procedures, specifications and as per production schedule.
Monitoring and troubleshooting equipment as necessary to improve product quality,
machine cycle times and overall throughput per customer requirements.
Maintaining equipment logs on assigned machines and prepare production reports
recording pertinent information about downtime, process changes etc.
Scheduling of time, manpower, materials and equipment required to perform tasks.
Assisting maintenance in machine repairs and preventative maintenance.
Performing job changeovers and ensure completion in allocated timeframe.
Ensuring full compliance with all OSH standards and Company policies.

Completing preliminary risk assessment forms.
Completing preliminary reports and evaluation forms for contractors' bids.
Performing presentations of company operations.
Evaluation of sites for placement of CNG equipment.
Processing members of the public for CNG conversion.

Hydro-static and pneumatic leak testing of high pressure hoses and pumps.
Disassembling, troubleshooting and reassembling Pneumatic Hydrostatic Test Pump.
Calibration of pressure safety valves.
Disassembly, refurbishment, reassembly and calibration of analog chart recorders.
Vehicular inspections.
Inspections on a stationary, electric air compressor.

Selling merchandise.
Taking Inventory.
Customer service.
Ordering and receiving products.
Updating product displays.
General housekeeping.
