Position: Manager - MRO

Purpose & Objective:

The job incumbent is responsible for the efficient control and administration of the Spare Parts for Maintenance and Operations of the Manufacturing Plant. He/she must ensure that the right parts get to the right place at the right time as well as the efficient coordination of procurement processes for technical products and services to satisfy Plant requirements.

CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES:

The holder of this job position is responsible for directly serving the following customers:

INTERNAL CUSTOMERS /EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS

• Raw Materials Department
• Purchasing Department
• Plant Operations
• OEM suppliers
• Spare Parts Distributors and Retailers
• Consumable Products Distributors
• General Suppliers
• Contractors

• Number of Stockouts – Standard 5% monthly
• Inventory Turnover in Months
• Stock Out Emergency Purchases
• Customer Satisfaction Score Card – Standard Excellent
• GMP Score >90%
• Team Dysfunctional Evaluation by Lencioni- 8 to 9 Punctuations on Lencioni Score Card Plant Technical Procurement
• Data accuracy on RFQ’s, Quotes & PR’s >90%
• Cycle Time of Quotations and reviews
