I am very disappointed with this bank. I have been trying to close a dormant account in this bank and it has been a very frustrating exercise. In the mean time Royal bank keeps taking out $7.50 monthly from an account with no money. Is this how low Royal bank goes to get money??

I am totally disappointed with your service, why do you take out $120.00 out of a poor person savings, when their salary is done to nothing, all you can say to your client that is the upgrading fees come out, I cannot believe that financial companies like banks would take out $120.00 dollars one time, not even to call the client and explain that over a period of time this amount would be taken out. I told my daughter that I would never leave a cent went I retired because of the way that these banks treat us the customers. Poor people are treated like dogs from banks.
