Review of IAM & Co

Whilst IAM &Co may have a wide selection of household items to suit varying budgets my shopping experience there has often been marred by the unhelpful and unfriendly staff who just lack basic customer service skills.Their cashing system- which involves having a clerk write up a manual bill and then proceeding to the cashier to pay and then back to the clek to collect your items is outdated, inefficient and slow.
