Reviews of Subway

Visited your Glencoe branch last night, placed my order and got it, my daughter then said she wanted one as well they were now about to close, the disrespectful employee(Candace) then asked me if I was special and began singing I'm so special. I'm appalled and would like someone to look into this. She clearly needs a new job, because persons like that are detrimental to any establishment. I spent $100 there last night and I'm telling you if my daughter wasn't hungry I wouldn't have bought. Her roof of Candace! Period! The other employees were just looking at her. She is disrespectful. I would not be returning to this place. Poor, disrespectful service.

Went to purchase two subways and a tea this morning at the Scarborough Tobago Branch, when the server realized there were no covers for the cup she proceeded to shout over my tea with her mask down under her mouth. I kindly asked her to pull up her mask which she did but with attitude from the roll eyes to shake head etc. Got my food and got to my destination had my sandwich only to realize after that there were pieces of hairs in my cup. I touched one to make sure it wasn't just a marking and to my surprise it really was a hair. I will insert a picture of the other.
