My friend was a customerat by Mediserve International, this Insurance company takes people money gracefully but never help them when desperately needed. Thousands of tt dollars was payed for nothing by my friend who spend his vacation in America.
My friend got seriouly sick abroad he had not enough money to pay his own medically fee's, even after calling Mediserve in Trinidad; he was told he must pay first when on return to Trinidad or later on he can make an Insurance Claim.
He had spoken to the CEO Mr. Samuel Bernard, Ms. Bahadur even others begging for help recieve nothing. I had to help him fiancially, its such a disgrace.
This Insurance needs to be closed down. Please people do send in your reviews every where on Facebook & Instagram to because I know many more who was also tricked in to their worthless advertisements and promises.
Shame on you people trying to hard in convincing the public of your good services when there is none! Well even after the claim was made he got nothing not a cent.

I do agree completely and so sorry to hear about your friend. This was the same experience even worse my father had to go through. Mediserveinternational is just making promises stealing customers money and not paying out when in desperate need for medical help abroad.
This Insurance company should be inspected and closed down. I did every thing they as asked for my father called, emailed but no one takes you seriously but always comes up with excuses instead of paying out the medical claim.
Be aware people and go some where else. This fake Mediserve international is just getting rich of your backs. My dad payed $4,000 on insurance and got nothing in return.
