L's General Suppliues Store - Arima

El's hardware is one of the most reasonable hardware's on the East West corridor. And if it's not a busy day, the staff will spend hours giving you all
the advice you need. They're really nice people and a great place to shop.

I went into L's Hardware yesterday around 1:30.p.m. and ordered some material which I paid for and requested delivery the next day. The amount of the bill was over $3000. It is now 2:40 pm and I have called at least 8 times to inquire about the delivery and all I got was promises. I have to pay the workmen for the day and I still have no guarantee as to when i will receive my order. I have done business with L's before but this is my worst experience. No one could give me a firm and truthful commitment. I always thought that service to the customer was #1 priority. I am very disappointed in their service.
