Director of Sales

• Manage the overall development of the company business plan as it relates to the development of sales and marketing strategies.
• Create strong relations with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels.
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for market; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Generate revenue according to the goals and targets of the Company plans.
• Manage marketing campaigns including, TV, Radio, Print, social media accounts.
• Maintain product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating complaints with suggestions to implement corrective actions.
• Liaise with departments on matters affecting guest services and specifications.
• Manage the department to establish and maintain a pro-active human resource function to ensure employee motivation, training and development.
