A minimum of five (5) CXC passes. A Certificate in Customer Service would be an asset. Qualified candidates will have at least 2-3 years in a retail environment.Minimum experience in lifting and packing using smart lifting practices.

Job DescriptionThe position holder will be responsible for greeting the customers and assisting them in finding the products they are looking for. Answer customer inquiries and provide information on the sewing, craft, and all other items within the store. He/she will keep track of the stock levels and liaise with the Branch Manager daily for efficiency.
Job Details / Responsibilities- Greet and assist walk-in customers and call-in customers.
- Handle all customer complaints in a professional manner and assist with any returns.
- Register sales on the cash register always ensuring accuracy with all transactions.
- Alert the Manager on any discrepancies with goods.
- Re-stocking of shelves and assisting in all store activities.
- Monitor and check inventory goods ensuring data is accurate.
- Complete stock taking of goods ensuring optimum level at the store at all times.
- Assist the Manager with the reordering of goods after the necessary stock taking was completed.
- Ensure the store is always tidy, clean and the presentation of goods are displayed creatively to attract the Customers.
- Maintain a strong level of verbal communication and listened attentively to the customer’s needs, finding solution.
