CSF Couriers Limited - Chaguanas

"I had a package which came in from the USA via CSF Couriers on the 8th of November 2013. I called and spoke to Marlon the CS and he told me the package was in their possession and I would be receiving it on the following Tuesday which was the 12th.
On Tuesday the 12th someone called from St. Clair, Maraval asking for directions, I told them I am in St. Clair, Trincity not Maraval. They assured me that I would receive the package the following day.
Today is the 20th and up to now I have not been able to receive my package and this is a next day delivery service.
I have been calling them every 2 days or so and I am still unable to connect with someone sensible or responsible. I have just been getting the run around right through. I spoke to the delivery person for my area and I was told that he has an invoice to deliver but no package.
It's also to be noted that if a package is not collected within fourteen days it becomes the property of CSF Couriers.
This is highway robbery by one of the most insensitive customer service company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

THIS IS THE WORST COURIER SERVICE AVAILABLE, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNRELIABLE, I'VE BEEN AROUND FOR 2 MONTHS NOW AND STILL WAITING FOR ASSISTANCE, I WILL BE DEFINITELY SWITCHING MY BUSINESS.
