The worst employees and customer service at the falls at West Mall branch.
Took my Brand New Movado Watch to adjust links they damaged the pin and scraped the bezel of the watch. Then said I brought the watch like that !!! AS well as even saying that the warranty card like I printed it at home !!?
They refused to give me their names or contact info for the Owners.
