Pier 1 has a splendid view of the ocean and the lush green mountains of the Northern Range. Venue Rentals include: full air-conditioned ballroom, open air balcony, tables & chairs, a stage, DJ area, complimentary concierge room/ bridal suite, kitchen facilities, washroom and parking attendants and Pier 1's on-site Manager.

Teak and Olive Rooms

Pier 1's Teak & Olive Rooms can accommodate 250 persons banquet style and includes: tables & chairs, a stage, DJ area, gold drapes, open air balcony and back patio and a bridal suite.
