Horrible company
This is one company that treat the workers like crap. The office staff is a bunch of incompetent buffoons. Vida is a total bitch to staff there. The boss lady wants you to call her "misses" as though we're still on the plantation.

I contacted Luxsam parts, service department. The service representative who I spoke with was Anna and the service was disgusting!!!!!!! She was not co-operative, friendly or willing to help me. Because of this, I prefer not to deal with her ever again and choose a different organisation to do my business
