Reviews of Tropical Tent Rentals - Arouca

Very disappointed with the services rendered by Tropical Tent Rentals in Arouca. Rented a tent for the week, called back and asked for side walls. The tent was delivered and setup without the sidewalls, i was assured the sidewalls would be put up by noon. Of course they never showed up which rendered the tent useless for the first day. I called back the next morning to inform them and also to let them know that the top was too small and water was filling up and falling inside of the tent when it rained...a man was apologetic and saw to it that someone came as soon as possible (thanks!) however, the drivers insisted it was the right side and proceeded to use wires to tack down the sides so that it would not fly up and expose the cross poles. I decorated the tent as planned and with the first rain had to take down my picures and move all tables away from the corners and sides as water was falling in. At the end of the week i thought about keeping the tent for the following week so i called Tropical and was told that if I decided to keep it they would send someone to change the top. Monday came and went. I called tuesday morning and was informed that someone would be by that day. A busy week prevented me from calling back...Friday when i received a call from them to arrange pickup I informed tge young lady that no one ever came to see about the top. Her response? "Im sorry to hear about that.". Very unprofessional. I will never use them again and I will never recommend them to anyone.
