Very poor customer service,on Thursday
8th August, 2013 between the hours of 4.00 p.m. and 5.00 p.m. without notifying me or my husband and giving us enough time to run to pay our bill our cable was disconnected. Just like that, knowing fully well that there was a public holiday on Friday 9th August, 2013 and none of their brances would be open on Saturday 10th, no phone call notifying or reminding us and no time given to pay our arrears, so that we would have cable for the "long" weekend. I wonder what is the purpose of having our contact information if they just disconnect the cable like that, this is downright nastyness and wickedness on Trico's part. This is not the way to treat customers, we are the ones who have your company growing. I have 3 televisions in my house, so that means 3 boxes and i don't appreciate the way Trico unmannerly treatment. Timing is everything.
