Review of Consolidated Appliances Ltd (CONSOL)

I bought a may tag bravos washing machine on 2013. I started hearing strange noises on 4th December 2015 and called the service department on that day. I Was firstly asked if I bought the machine from consol....fair enough... After I provided all my billing detail I was told that the service department was closed off until January 2016. He then said he would see what he could do but d"we close off"

I found the attendant rude and uncooperative.
