Review Bad customer service

I ask the cashier at the pharmacy section for a extra bag and outrightly refuse to give a bad . She said she cannot give an extra bag and if your items fall from the current bag , it is not her fault ,sian S was the cashier name. Dont fire her send her for customer service training
