Job vacancy Quality Manager

Establishing and Maintaining Quality Management Systems: Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO 17025 requirements. This involves creating and updating quality manuals, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with the standard.

Training and Competency Assessment: Provide training to laboratory personnel on quality assurance procedures, ISO 17025 requirements, and relevant policies and procedures. Assess the competency of laboratory staff and ensure ongoing training and development to maintain competence.

Internal Auditing and Compliance Monitoring: Conduct internal audits and assessments to verify compliance with ISO 17025 requirements and identify areas for improvement. Monitor and review laboratory processes and procedures to ensure adherence to quality standards.

External Audit Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for external audits and regulatory inspections. Coordinate audit activities, prepare documentation, and facilitate communication with auditors to ensure a smooth and successful audit process.

Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA): Implement corrective and preventive actions to address nonconformities identified during audits or assessments. Investigate root causes of issues, develop action plans, and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with laboratory operations, processes, and quality management systems. Develop risk management strategies and controls to minimize the impact of potential risks on the quality of test and calibration results.
