PART 1
DEPARTMENT OBJECTIVES: To support all departments of the Curia in the use of ICT solutions; To implement ICT solutions as needed; and to provide guidance in ICT matters to all stakeholders.
ROLE OF POSITION: To manage and support the strategic and operational objectives of ICT, manage and administrate the various ICT related resources, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the ICT Department.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To administrate and manage ICT related resources including controlling and evaluating IT and electronic data operations.
2. To design, develop, implement and coordinate and maintain systems, policies and procedures in accordance with the strategic operations.
3. To troubleshoot and resolve incidents with hardware and software and provide end-user support either face-to-face or remotely and ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
4. To act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to the ICT strategic plans.
5. To manage and support the implementation of ICT equipment and solutions
6. To prepare the annual ICT budget and manage ICT related costs
7. To manage relationships and communications with ICT service providers
8. To provide avenues for training and education for ICT solutions to user
9. To provide ICT support and guidance as needed

Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Post graduate certifications or degrees in management and other IT related qualifications are an asset

- Customer service training is an asset
- IT related training is an asset
- Technical Skills
- Expertise with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Server Environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Administration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Proficiency with Android OS, iOS, and MacOS
- Proficiency with installation and termination of structured cabling
- Proficiency with PC hardware assembling and troubleshooting
- Proficiency with Zoom and other online meeting platforms
- Certifications are an asset
Non-Technical Skills and Abilities
- Excellent Interpersonal Communication and relationship-building skills
- Good Time-Management skills; able to properly prioritize tasks/projects
- Ability to solve problems and see projects through to completion
- Strong Analytical skills to study problems and records, and identify solutions
- Team-Oriented;
- Ability to impart technical jargon in a non-technical manner
- Ability to work unsupervised
Knowledge
- Working knowledge of domain and website hosting
- Working knowledge of cyber security practices
- Working knowledge and experience with proper procurement practices
- Knowledge of the NIST and ITIL IT frameworks is an asset
- Knowledge and experience with Social Media platforms are an asset
- Knowledge and experience with other web-based platforms is an asset
- Working knowledge of business operations for NPO’s is an asset
Experience
- At least two (2) years’ experience in an ICT supervisory/management role

Administration and management of resources including but not limited to:
- Windows Server Environments
- Microsoft 365
- Other PaaS/SaaS – Zoom, Teamwork.com, Canva etc.
- QuickBooks, MicroPay
- Physical networks at main offices
- Access Control Systems
- Endpoint Device Management
- Proper documentation and record keeping of equipment and software
- Installation and deployment of hardware and software
- Preventative maintenance of hardware
- PC hardware repair, part replacements, and upgrades
- E-Waste collection and disposal
Salary
20,000.00 (TTD)
